Worldwide Free Shipping Thank you for choosing Dina Jewelry. We strive to provide you with a smooth and pleasant purchasing experience, ensuring your unique piece arrives safely at your doorstep.
1. Shipping Methods & Times We are proud to offer Free Shipping to all destinations worldwide.
Domestic Shipping (Israel):
Carrier: UPS
Transit Time: 1–3 Business Days (from the moment it leaves our studio).
International Shipping (Worldwide):
Carrier: FedEx Express
Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days (from the moment it leaves our studio).
Note: The shipping times listed above are estimates. Customs procedures at the destination port can cause delays that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates in these cases.
2. Production vs. Shipping Time Please remember that Shipping Time is different from Preparation Time. After your order is placed, our skilled craftsmen begin creating your unique item. Please check the "Preparation Times" section on the product page for the estimated production time. Once your item is finished and dispatched, we will immediately email you the tracking details.
3. Importance of Accurate Contact Info To ensure efficient delivery, it is critical that you provide accurate contact details at checkout, including a valid email address and mobile phone number. We are required to provide this information to the shipping carrier to create the shipping label. Inaccurate details will cause delays. These details will be used to send you real-time status updates regarding your delivery.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders) The buyer is responsible for all customs costs, import duties, and taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges before purchasing. Dina Jewelry is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures.
5. Receiving Your Package To ensure the security of your jewelry, please be available to receive the package upon arrival. If you cannot be home, please ensure someone else is available to receive the order.
FedEx "Holiday Hold": If you cannot receive the item in person, please contact FedEx directly to request a "Holiday Hold." Any additional costs associated with this service or other special delivery requests initiated by the customer are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Undeliverable & Refused Packages If FedEx attempts delivery and is unable to reach you, they will make additional attempts and may leave a message to reschedule delivery or arrange a pickup at a local center.
If you do not respond to FedEx's notices and the package is returned to us (whether due to being unreachable or refusing to pay customs fees), we will issue a refund minus:
The original shipping costs (even if initially offered as "Free Shipping").
The return shipping costs charged to us by the carrier.
Any import taxes incurred when the package re-enters Israel.
Our standard 5% restocking fee + 50$ for gemological certificates, if applicable.
