Q: Can I visit the store, or do I need to make an appointment? A: To ensure we can give you our full, undivided attention, studio visits are by appointment only. Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to make the jewelry? A: Since we are a boutique studio, most of our jewelry is made to order specifically for you. The production time is generally up to 14 business days. Note: If you need something urgently, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: How will my order be shipped? A: We ship via a secure, door-to-door courier service. Once your jewelry is ready and leaves our studio, it will arrive at your home within 4 business days.

Sizing & Fit

Q: What happens if I ordered the wrong size? A: Don't worry! We offer resizing services. The cost is 120 NIS (depending on the design complexity). Contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

Materials & Quality

Q: What type of gold do you use? A: We work exclusively with solid gold. You can choose between 14k or 18k gold for any design. We do not use gold plating or gold-filled materials.
