Important: The Confirmation Process

Please read carefully: After you place an order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details (size, gold color, stone choice). Production begins only AFTER we receive your confirmation. Note: If we do not receive a response to our confirmation message, we will not be able to start creating your jewelry.

Production Timelines

Please note that "Production Time" refers to the time it takes to create the jewelry before it is shipped.

1. Made-to-Order Items

Timeline: Up to 14 Business Days.

The Process: Most of our catalog items are created specifically for you. During this time, our skilled craftsmen cast, set, and polish your item to our exacting standards.

2. In-Stock Items

Timeline: Up to 5 Business Days.

The Process: Even if an item is "in stock," we require a few days to professionally resize it to your specific measurement and perform a final polish to ensure it is sparkling and perfect before shipping.

3. Custom (Bespoke) Orders

Timeline: Up to 21 Business Days.

The Process: These one-of-a-kind projects require special attention, from 3D modeling to casting unique shapes. This timeline ensures we meet your unique requirements and create a true masterpiece.

Shipping vs. Production

Please remember: Production Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Arrival. The times listed above do not include the shipping transit time.

Domestic Shipping (Israel): 1-3 Business Days.
