The "Take-It-Off" Rule: Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming (pool/sea), exercising, lifting heavy objects, or gardening.

Cleaning: Gently clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush to restore sparkle.

4. Stone Disclaimers & Treatments

Salt & Pepper Diamonds "Salt & Pepper" is an industry term for diamonds with unique black and white inclusions.

These diamonds may feature internal feathers, surface-reaching cracks, or dark spots.

These are not flaws. They are part of the natural beauty that makes the stone unique. No two stones are alike.

Gemstone Treatments (Transparency)

Black Diamonds, Blue Sapphires, Red Rubies: These are natural stones that undergo Heat Treatment (or irradiation for black diamonds) to enhance color. They are sold and certified as natural.

Green Emeralds: Natural emeralds are often Oiled to improve clarity. This is a standard industry practice.

Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE). This policy is subject to updates.
