Returns and Exchanges Policy

We offer a transparent return and exchange policy. To ensure clarity, our policy is divided by the type of item and how it was ordered.

Ready to Ship (In-Stock) These are pre-made items available in standard sizes (US 6-7).

Under $800: Eligible for a refund if returned unworn, in original packaging, within 14 business days of receipt.

Over $800: No refunds. Eligible for exchange or store credit only. The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Restocking Fee: A 5% fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and restoration.

Size & Length Exclusions: Any stock item resized to US 8.5 and above, or US 4.5 and below, or chains longer than 18 inches, is considered a custom order and is Final Sale.

Made to Order Items from our catalog crafted specifically for you upon purchase.

Under $550: Eligible for a refund within 14 days, minus the 5% restocking fee.

Over $550: Final Sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits.

Material & Size Exclusions: All 18K gold items, rings sized US 8.5+ or under US 4.5, and chains over 18 inches are strictly Final Sale, regardless of the price.

Custom & Personalized

Final Sale: Any bespoke design, modifications to existing designs, engravings, specific stone sourcing, or any other personal element added to an order is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

International Shipping & Customs

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Import Taxes: Any Israeli customs duties or taxes incurred when the returned item re-enters Israel will be directly deducted from your total refund.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned due to the customer refusing delivery or being unreachable, we will issue a refund minus the initial shipping costs, return shipping costs, Israeli import taxes, and the standard 5% restocking fee.
